What You'll Do
- Perform residential framing and finish carpentry
- Complete renovation and construction work to a high standard
- Read and follow construction drawings
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Assist with daily tasks and workflow
- Support apprentices when needed
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
- Communicate professionally with clients and the PHS team
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of residential construction experience
- Robust framing, finish carpentry,
and renovation skills
- Ability to work independently
- Good problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Personal hand tools required
Red Seal certification is an asset but not required. Larger equipment is provided by the company.
