Breadalbane Inn is looking for an experienced Line Cook to join our kitchen team. We’re a busy, full-service operation with a strong focus on quality, consistency, presentation, and exceptional guest experiences.

We’re looking for someone who understands professional kitchen standards and is committed to maintaining them — even when the kitchen is busy. Fine-dining or high-end full-service restaurant experience is preferred.

The Role

- Prepare and execute menu items to a consistently high standard
- Work efficiently and confidently on your station
- Complete prep with precision and attention to detail
- Maintain excellent food quality and presentation
- Keep your station clean, organized, and service-ready
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Communicate and work effectively with the kitchen and service teams
- Support breakfast service when scheduled
