28–$35/hour | Hamilton, Burlington, Oakville & surrounding areas

Cascade Cleaning Company is looking for experienced, reliable independent cleaning contractors to take on residential cleaning jobs with our growing client base.

Please note: This is an independent contractor prospect, not an employee position. Hours are not guaranteed and will vary based on client demand, your availability, and the jobs you choose to accept.

You Clean. We Handle the Clients.

If you’re great at cleaning but don’t want to spend your time advertising, finding clients, chasing payments, or handling scheduling, Cascade can take care of that side of the business for you.

We find the clients, manage bookings and client communication, and process payments. When we have a job that fits your availability and service area, we offer it to you.

You decide your availability and which jobs you take on. Once you accept a booking, however, we count on you to show up on time and provide an excellent clean.

What You Can Expect

- $28–$35/hour for standard residential cleans
- Higher rates for deep cleans and move-in/move-out cleans
- No need to find or market to your own clients
- No chasing clients for payment
- We handle scheduling and client communication
- Choose availability that works for you
- Opportunity for repeat clients and additional work as our client base grows
- Support from a responsive local team

Who We’re Looking For We’re looking for experienced cleaners who take genuine pride in their work.

You’re someone who notices the details other people miss. You’re dependable, professional in a client’s home, and comfortable working independently. If something gets missed, you communicate with us and make it right.

Most importantly, when you accept a job, we can count on you to be there.

Requirements

You must have

- At least 1 year of paid residential cleaning experience
- Your own reliable vehicle
- Your own vacuum, mop, cleaning products, and supplies
- Your own liability insurance,

or willingness to obtain it before accepting jobs
- Legal authorization to work in Canada
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Two professional references
- A smartphone and reliable communication
- A professional, friendly approach with clients

How the Contractor Relationship Works Cleaners work with Cascade as independent contractors, not employees.

You provide your own transportation, equipment, supplies, and liability insurance. You tell us when you’re available, and we offer you suitable jobs as they become available.

There is no guaranteed minimum number of hours or jobs. The amount of work available may vary from week to week.

As an independent contractor, you are also responsible for your own taxes and other obligations associated with self-employment.

This arrangement tends to work especially well for experienced cleaners who already work independently, have other clients, or want to add cleaning jobs to their existing schedule without having to find every client themselves.

Interested?

If you’re an experienced cleaner with your own equipment and transportation and you’re looking for additional clients without the administrative work that usually comes with finding them yourself, we’d love to hear from you.

Pay: $28.00-$35.00 per hour
