Key Responsibilities

- Implement and evaluate resident care/service plans
- Assist in resident care conferences and facilitate transitions
- Document care and medication administration accurately
- Educate residents and families on health management
- Respond to medical emergencies and significant changes in condition

Requirements:
- Valid LPN registration in Alberta
- Experience in senior care preferred
- Strong clinical knowledge and customer focus
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification needed
- Recent Vulnerable Position/Sector Screening required
