The Corporation of the Town of Midland is seeking a Facilities Specialist to coordinate daily facility maintenance and capital projects, including transit. You will develop project plans, manage budgets, review plans for compliance, and work with contractors. The role requires robust communication, organizational, and analytical skills, plus a valid Ontario driver’s license. Normal hours are 35 per week.
