Role Summary

The successful candidate will provide comprehensive primary care services to patients in a clinic setting, focusing on prevention, diagnosis, and management of acute and chronic conditions. You will join a supportive, collegial environment with flexible scheduling options and autonomy in practice style.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver full-scope family medicine servicesConduct routine checkups, chronic disease management,



and urgent carePrescribe and manage medications in accordance with best practicesMaintain accurate documentation using the clinic's EMR system (Accuro or similar)Collaborate with allied health professionals and community partnersPromote patient education and preventative care

Qualifications

Medical degree (MD) from a recognized institutionFully licensed or eligible for Independent or Provisional License with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO)Certified in Family Medicine (CCFP preferred but not mandatory)Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsNew graduates and internationally trained physicians are welcome

Compensation & Incentives

Revenue Split: 70/30 - 80/20, depending on experience and billing volumeAccess to clinic mentorship and experienced support staffSupervision available for physicians under Provisional LicenseFlexible scheduling options with potential for long-term growth and partnership
