LIFT - Community Services in Powell River, BC is seeking an Early Years Family Support Worker to join a multi-disciplinary team. This part‑time role supports children and families by implementing plans and coordinating with the core team in homes, schools and community settings.

You will promote Early Years Mental Health, provide trauma‑informed, culturally secure supports, maintain timely records and respond to emergencies per ministry guidelines.
