Farm Labourer – Full-Time

G&G; Poultry Ltd. is seeking a reliable, hardworking Farm Labourer to join our team. This is a fast-paced, physically demanding, hands-on role involving collecting hatching eggs, assisting with daily poultry farm operations, and maintaining clean barns and grounds.

Key Responsibilities

· Operate egg packing equipment to collect, pack, and store hatching eggs.

· Conduct regular barn walk-throughs.

· Help prepare barns for new flocks.

· Assist with equipment assembly and installation as part of our farm building project.

· Pressure wash barns and equipment.

· Clean anterooms and office spaces weekly.

· Perform yard maintenance, including pruning, lawn mowing, and general upkeep.

· Complete other farm duties as assigned.

Hours of Work

Full-time, six days per week, approximately six to eight hours per day (36–48 hours per week). Weekend work is required.

Qualifications

· Farm or poultry experience is an asset, but training is available.





· Physically capable of performing manual tasks, including lifting, walking, and bending.

· Comfortable working inside poultry barns and outdoors in varying weather conditions.

· Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and biosecurity.

· Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and with a team.

· Valid driver’s licence.

· Proficiency in English.

Compensation

Compensation will be negotiated based on experience.
