The NST will monitor networks with SNMP tools, provide 1st and 2nd line support, document work, coordinate with Network Operations, and assist in upgrades across datacentres and satellite sites.
Candidates should have an undergraduate degree or certs in networking with 4+ years in a telecom workplace;
