Field Coordinator – Mid-Rise Construction

Dynamic Builders is a general contractor delivering ground-up mid-rise construction across the GTA. We’re adding a Field Coordinator to keep our sites organized, documented, and moving.

Mandatory experience (required to be considered)

- Field or site experience on mid-rise construction projects

What you’ll do

- Support the Site Superintendent with day-to-day site coordination.
- Schedule and track trades, deliveries, hoisting, and site logistics.
- Help prepare and update two- to three-week look-ahead schedules.
- Complete daily reports, site diaries, manpower logs, and progress photos in Procore.
- Track RFIs, site instructions, and drawing revisions so the field always works from current documents.
- Coordinate inspections, testing, and consultant site reviews.




- Monitor work for compliance with drawings and specifications, and flag issues early.
- Create and follow up on deficiency lists with subcontractors.
- Run site orientations, toolbox talks, and safety inspections, and help keep the site compliant with the OHSA and company standards.
- Help gather closeout documentation, including as-builts, warranties, and turnover items.

What you bring

- 2+ years of field experience in construction
- The mandatory mid-rise experience listed above
- The ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications
- A working knowledge of construction sequencing and site safety requirements
- Comfort with Procore (or similar software), Excel, and Microsoft Office
- Strong organization and communication skills, and the ability to stay on top of details in a fast-paced site environment
- Working at Heights and WHMIS training (or a willingness to obtain it)
- A valid Ontario driver’s licence

Nice to have

- A diploma in Construction Engineering Technology, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- First Aid/CPR and supervisor health and safety awareness training
- General Contractor experience

Pay: $44,600.00-$71,600.00 per year
