Sentrex Health Solutions is seeking a Field Nurse Case Manager to coordinate patient support programs across Montreal and Ottawa. You will travel to clinics, enroll patients, and support physicians with accurate documentation and timely access to therapies. The role requires an actively licensed RN with 2–4 years of clinical experience; oncology/gastro/rheumatology experience is a plus, and bilingual ability is an asset.
