Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Field Supervisor to lead and oversee construction projects on-site, ensuring that all activities are executed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. In this role, you will coordinate daily operations, supervise field personnel, and collaborate closely with project managers to deliver successful outcomes. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and possesses a strong background in construction management with excellent leadership skills.

Duties

- Supervise daily construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and safety protocols
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources
- Monitor work progress and quality control measures to meet project specifications and standards
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to guide onsite activities
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore or Primavera P6 for scheduling, documentation, and reporting




- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions promptly
- Manage site safety protocols, conduct safety meetings, and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations
- Assist in budgeting efforts by tracking costs and managing resources effectively

Skills

- Proven supervising experience in construction environments with a focus on project delivery
- Solid knowledge of construction processes, blueprint reading, and schematics interpretation
- Experience with quality control procedures and construction estimating techniques
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics accurately for onsite implementation
- Excellent organizational skills with a focus on budgeting and resource management
