Job Title: Field Support Specialist
Location: Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada
Role & Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite IT support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and deploy IT equipment at client locations.
- Manage support tickets from initiation to resolution using ConnectWise.
- Maintain IT documentation and knowledge base using ITGlue.
- Prioritize issues, escalate when necessary, and deliver excellent customer service.
Required Qualifications:
- High school ,IT-related education preferred.
- 2+ years of IT support or MSP experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with ConnectWise Manage/Automate and ITGlue.
Required / Preferred Certifications:
- CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+
- Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)
