This position requires the mastery of Sparkrock 365 and Dynamics CRM to ensure accurate records, transaction tracing, and workflow improvements. Your attention to detail will be crucial in managing finances across provincial operations and training centers. Key Responsibilities:

- Process supplier invoices and recurring payments
- Reconcile bank and payment processor accounts
- Record and apply customer payments efficiently
- Prepare month-end and year-end journal entries
- Ensure accuracy in inventory and donation records Requirements:
- Postsecondary education in accounting or finance
- Experience with accounts payable and receivable
- Robust Excel skills for data reconciliation
- Familiarity with Dynamics CRM or Sparkrock 365
