We are hiring a Financial Analyst for a manufacturing organization in the Chatham-Kent area.

This is a great opportunity for a finance professional with robust analytical skills who wants to work closely with Operations, Engineering, Costing, Sales, and Program Management.

What You’ll Do

- Analyze financial and operational data, trends, and KPIs
- Support budgeting, forecasting, month-end reporting, and variance analysis
- Prepare management reports, dashboards, and financial analysis
- Support capital investment and business case analysis
- Track Material Cost Reduction (MCR) initiatives
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and business risks
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve profitability
- Support product launches and engineering changes




- Analyze industry trends and competitive benchmarks
- Improve reporting processes, data accuracy, and financial workflows

What You Bring

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field
- 3-5+ years of financial analysis / FP&A; experience
- Manufacturing or automotive experience preferred
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with ERP and financial reporting systemsStrong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Power BI or SQL experience is an asset
