Responsibilities

- Conduct thorough analysis of financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and investment opportunities using advanced tools such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, and Hyperion.
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations with Tableau, Power BI, Cognos, and other business intelligence platforms to communicate complex data insights clearly.
- Manage and optimize databases using SQL, Microsoft Access, and other database management tools to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of ERP systems like Microsoft Dynamics GP and accounting software to streamline financial processes.
- Perform auditing procedures to ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards across various financial operations.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities by applying strong analysis skills and mathematical expertise.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on research projects related to investment banking, financial services,



or market analysis to inform strategic initiatives.
- Prepare detailed reports using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel to present findings effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for process enhancements within finance workflows.

Skills

- Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Cognos, and SAP for effective reporting.
- Extensive experience with ERP systems including Microsoft Dynamics GP, Oracle, Hyperion, and NetSuite.
- Strong knowledge of accounting software applications combined with expertise in SQL databases for data extraction and analysis.
- Bilingual fluency in French with excellent communication skills for engaging diverse audiences.
- Deep understanding of auditing procedures, budgeting processes, and financial analysis techniques within the context of investment banking or financial services.
- Skilled in research methodologies with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights.
- Advanced Microsoft Office suite skills including Excel (with VBA), Word, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook for comprehensive data management and presentation.
- Ability to interpret large datasets using analytics tools such as Cognos or Hyperion for business intelligence purposes.
- Strong math skills complemented by a keen attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent collaboration skills paired with a proactive approach toward continuous improvement initiatives within finance operations.
