Role Summary The Financial Service Associate (licensed or unlicensed) is a key member of our team as we seek to help our clients achieve lifetime financial security. In this role, you will have three critical areas of focus on my / our team:

- delivering an exceptional client experience for current and potential clients
- Support client development initiatives and administrative workflows to streamline business growth
- helping to create a smooth, efficient and compliant office

Key Accountabilities:

- Appointment making / client follow-up calls
- Providing fast, personalized client administrative services
- Completing and shepherding paperwork through Head Office as permitted
- Managing the administrative side of the advisor's wealth practice conscientiously and reliably to help ensure and maintain compliance
- Managing advisor's wealth clients workflow (preparation for client meetings, follow up, etc.)
- Supporting the Advisor to create marketing / sales opportunities (mining client data, marketing efforts, mailers, etc.)

Qualifications

- Education: High School graduate.
- Licenses: Investment Funds in Canada course completion/registration is encouraged.
- Experience: Proven background in customer service, sales, or financial services (financial background is an asset, but a strong willingness to learn is accepted).
- Compliance: A successful candidate will need to consent to a credit and criminal record check before employment offer approved.
