Lead impactful projects at CAE as the Manager of Financial Reporting & Special Projects. You'll drive initiatives in a collaborative environment, enhancing financial reporting and strategic processes. In this pivotal role, you will report to the Director of Finance and Assistant Corporate Controller.

You’ll coordinate finance-wide initiatives, promote process improvements, and manage critical financial reporting tasks. Your expertise in IFRS or US GAAP will ensure accurate and efficient reporting during financial processes. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead finance initiatives with scope and governance defined
- Drive process standardization and automation across finance
- Oversee the financial reporting team during reporting processes
- Monitor project execution, risks, and issue resolutions
- Identify gaps and implement sustainable solutions Requirements:
- Professional accounting designation (CPA) required
- Minimum 8 years in similar roles or large firms
- Robust knowledge of IFRS or US GAAP
