Job Overview

We’re looking for a motivated and people-oriented individual who are interested in learning about financial services and helping others make informed financial decisions.

In this role, you’ll connect with clients to understand their needs, explain different financial products and services, and help them explore options that may suit their goals. You’ll receive training and support as you build your knowledge and develop your communication and client service skills.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, is willing to learn, and wants to grow in the financial services industry.

Responsibilities

- Connect with clients to learn about their financial goals and needs.
- Explain financial products and services in a transparent, easy-to-understand way.
- Help clients explore options related to saving, borrowing, budgeting, and investing.
- Answer questions and follow up with clients when needed.
- Complete client documentation and maintain accurate records.
- Work with team members to provide a positive client experience.
- Continue learning about financial products, services,



and financial literacy.

Requirements
- An interest in personal finance and a willingness to learn.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to work with different people.
- Organized, responsible, and attentive to detail.
- Previous customer service or sales experience is an asset, but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is an asset.
