Aun Canada Bus provides school transportation and charter bus services. We are looking for an organized, dependable, and proactive Fleet Manager to oversee our vehicle fleet, coordinate maintenance, and help ensure our buses remain secure, compliant, and ready for daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the day-to-day management of the company’s bus fleet.
- Coordinate vehicle maintenance, servicing, inspections, and repairs.
- Monitor vehicle availability and ensure buses are ready for scheduled school runs and charter trips.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, inspections, repairs, insurance, and licensing.
- Coordinate with drivers to address vehicle issues and operational requirements.
- Schedule preventive maintenance to minimize breakdowns and service disruptions.
- Track fuel usage, maintenance costs, and fleet operating expenses.
- Ensure vehicles meet applicable safety and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with mechanics, service providers, and other team members.
- Identify opportunities to improve fleet efficiency, vehicle uptime, and operating costs.

Requirements
- Previous experience in fleet management, transportation operations, or a similar role.
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance, inspections, and fleet scheduling.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving,



and time-management skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Familiarity with commercial vehicle safety requirements and applicable Ontario regulations.
- Valid driver's licence; an appropriate commercial licence is an asset where relevant.
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for fleet readiness.
