Lead a busy floor team and help families enjoy a well-organized visit to The Big Box South.

We are hiring a hands-on Floor Team Supervisor to coordinate daily operations, support employees and resolve guest concerns. You’ll be actively involved on the floor—assigning tasks, helping during busy periods and making sure guest service, cleanliness and operating standards are followed.

Previous supervisory experience is preferred. We also welcome applicants with strong team-lead or keyholder experience who are ready to take on greater responsibility.

What you’ll do

- Lead the floor team during assigned shifts and set clear priorities.
- Assign duties and coordinate coverage, breaks and workloads.
- Monitor guest service, attraction operations, party readiness and facility cleanliness.
- Support birthday parties and group visits, coordinating with the restaurant and maintenance teams.
- Resolve guest concerns professionally and escalate issues when appropriate.
- Train and coach employees and follow up on assigned responsibilities.
- Complete assigned opening and closing procedures, cash checks and shift reports.
- Ensure attraction rules and operating procedures are followed consistently.
- Respond calmly to unexpected situations and document incidents accurately.
- Communicate staffing, equipment and operational concerns to management.
- Step in to assist with guest service, attraction operations and cleaning when needed.

- Good judgment when handling guest concerns and operational issues.
- Dependability, accountability and willingness to lead by example.
- Availability for full-time work, including weekend shifts.

Previous supervisory experience is preferred. Experience in entertainment, hospitality, recreation, restaurants or retail is an asset.
