Duties

- Greet guests warmly and present menus confidently, offering recommendations and upselling specials to enhance their dining experience
- Take accurate orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring proper entry and communication with kitchen staff
- Serve food and beverages promptly, maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and presentation
- Manage cash handling responsibilities including cashiering, making change, and processing payments efficiently
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience
- Assist with food preparation and kitchen support as needed,



maintaining cleanliness and adhering to food safety protocols
- Uphold sanitation standards by following proper food handling procedures and maintaining a clean work workplace

Experience

- Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is equally valued
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is advantageous
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that fosters guest loyalty
- Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and basic math for accurate cash handling and billing
- Experience in food industry roles including serving, cashiering, or kitchen support is beneficial
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment while maintaining attention to detail in fast-paced situations
