Job Purpose The Labor Worker will assist in the delivery and organization of the department and operations of services. This position is responsible for the physical handling, sorting and organizing of the department, while maintaining confidentiality, professionalism, accuracy, and alignment with Maskêkosihk values, policies, and procedures.

Education, Experience And Requirements

- Completion of Gr 10
- Knowledgeable in front-line work and its demands.
- Knowledgeable in health and safety regulations
- Must have the ability to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift 50lbs or more

Working Conditions
- The Labour is required to work a total of 40 hours per week: Monday to Friday,



7:30 – 3:30 (with a one-hour paid lunch break); flexibility to work evenings/weekends as needed.
- Primary location: Old Kitaskinaw Building, with occasional travel to various sites.
- Must be physically fit; walk, climb stairs, crouch, bend, crawl, stand for long periods of time or sit for long periods of time; ability to lift 50lbs. or more materials and/or equipment, etc.
- Must be willing to be open to ongoing training on cultural competency or sensitivity training.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required.
- Must sign and adhere to the Enoch Cree Nation Confidentiality Agreement upon hire.
