Our Sanitation team plays a critical role in maintaining the food safety and quality standards that Metzger’s is built on. You will be responsible for keeping our facility clean, safe, and fully compliant.

Responsibilities:

- Perform daily deep cleaning and sanitization of production equipment and facilities
- Equipment Disassembly and Reassembly
- Chemical Handling
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and regulatory procedures
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness across all production areas
- Report any maintenance or safety concerns promptly
- Work closely with the production and food safety teams
