Duties

- Deliver freshly prepared food from the kitchen to tables efficiently, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met.
- Clear and reset tables quickly, maintaining a clean and organized dining space throughout service.
- Assist servers with food and beverage delivery when needed, supporting smooth service flow.
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including wiping down tables, chairs, and floors to uphold health and safety standards.
- Refill water glasses, condiments, and other guest needs promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Support kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks or restocking supplies during quieter periods.
- Handle food safety procedures diligently,



including proper food handling and sanitation practices.

Skills

- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly valued.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Knowledge of food preparation, serving techniques, and POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS is a plus.
- Ability to communicate clearly with team members and guests to ensure smooth operations.
- Experience with cleaning protocols, food handling safety standards, and basic meal preparation.
- Hospitality background or hotel experience can enhance your ability to provide exceptional guest services.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift trays or supplies, and move swiftly around the restaurant environment.
