Food Service Attendant The Big Box – Family Entertainment Hub | North & South Calgary

Pay: $16–$18 per hour

Enjoy serving guests and keeping a busy kitchen organized? Join The Bite Box, our in-house restaurant at The Big Box. Our North and South Calgary locations are hiring dependable Food Service Attendants to prepare food, take orders and provide friendly, efficient service to families and birthday-party guests. This position combines counter service, food preparation and kitchen cleaning.

What you’ll do

- Greet guests, take orders, answer menu questions and process payments accurately.
- Prepare and serve food according to established recipes and portion standards.
- Coordinate food orders for individual guests, birthday parties and groups.
- Check orders for accuracy and communicate wait times clearly.
- Follow food-handling, storage, cleaning and sanitization procedures.
- Wash dishes and keep equipment, preparation areas and dining spaces clean.
- Restock ingredients and packaging, rotate stock and report shortages.
- Refer allergy questions or special requests to the appropriate supervisor.
- Work with the floor team to keep guest and birthday-party service running smoothly.

- Availability to work weekend shifts.

Previous restaurant, counter-service or kitchen experience is preferred. Food safety certification is an asset. Paid training is provided.
