Duties

- Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow and high standards of food quality and presentation
- Lead, motivate, and develop team members through effective coaching, training, and performance management
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain consistency, safety, and compliance with health regulations
- Manage cash handling procedures, including POS (Point of Sale) systems like Micros POS, ensuring accuracy and accountability
- Ensure adherence to food safety standards and proper food handling practices across all shifts
- Coordinate interviewing and onboarding of new staff to build a skilled and customer-focused team




- Maintain a welcoming workplace by delivering excellent customer service and resolving guest concerns promptly

Requirements

- Proven experience in food service or restaurant management with a strong background in supervising teams
- Hands-on experience with food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms for transactions and reporting
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Knowledge of food safety regulations, proper food handling procedures, and hospitality standards
- Previous experience in restaurant or hotel environments is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills for interviewing candidates, training staff, and engaging with customers
