Hours: 40 hours per week

Pay: $17.95 per hour + tips

About Us

Bagels on Fire is a Montreal-style bagel shop serving freshly baked bagels, sandwiches, coffee, and pastries. We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and motivated Full-Time Team Member to join our team at our Beaches location.

Responsibilities

- Prepare sandwiches, beverages, and daily backup items to ensure the store is fully stocked and ready for service.
- Bake and prepare pastries during morning shifts.
- Take customer orders, operate the POS system, and process payments accurately.
- Provide friendly, efficient, and exceptional customer service.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards throughout the store.
- Restock supplies and assist with daily opening and closing duties as needed.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications
- Must be available for early morning shifts starting at 5:30 AM when scheduled for opening shifts.




- Must be available to work any day of the week, including Saturdays and Sundays.
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
- Friendly personality with strong customer service skills.
- Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on different responsibilities.
- Able to multitask and work efficiently as part of a team.
- Previous experience in food service, retail, or customer service is an asset, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Compensation & Benefits
- $17.95 per hour plus tips.
- Approximately $200–$300 in cash tips per biweekly pay period, depending on sales and shifts worked.
