True Blue Mechanical, a non-union mechanical contractor, is looking for an experienced journeyman sheet metal worker to lead our installation crews. This is a full-time role based out of our New Westminster office, with job sites across the Lower Mainland.

What you'll do

Lead and supervise sheet metal crews on heavy commercial, light industrial, and light residential projects

Read and interpret shop drawings and blueprints

Plan daily work, materials, and manpower

Make sure all work meets code, safety, and quality standards

Coordinate with project managers and other trades on site

What you bring

Red Seal / journeyman sheet metal ticket

Proven experience as a foreman or lead hand

Experience in heavy commercial, light industrial, and light residential work

Hands-on ability to fabricate, assemble, and install HVAC ductwork

Strong planning and organizational skills





Practical problem-solver who can find workarounds when site conditions don't match the drawings

Comfortable working independently on smaller jobs when needed

Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation

Solid leadership and communication skills

What we offer

$42–$52/hour, depending on experience
