Responsibilities:

- Measure strength and weaknesses of workers.
- Assign appropriate tasks to workers.
- Ensure workers are up and doing.
- Lead tool box meetings before each shift.




- Ensure workers are always in good progress.
- Keep management updated on project development.
- Make sure work is completed on time or before the deadline.
- Ensure that safety of all workers is guaranteed at all times.

- Professional Communication with workers and management.

- Ability to be versatile.
- Ability to take decisions solely.
- Being Patient.
- Ability to provide adequate instructions and assistance when required.
