7shifts is seeking a Founding Business Development Representative, Mid-Market to drive current business with restaurant groups of 10+ locations. You will own pipeline, prospect across channels, and multi-thread to operators and executives who sign deals.

You’ll shape the motion, build a scalable playbook, and work within a growth-focused team. You’ll report to the Senior Manager, Sales Development SMB & Mid-Market and influence the mid-market strategy while leveraging AI tools to maximize outreach
