Join a well-established manufacturing organization in Mississauga as an FP&A; Analyst. This role focuses on providing analytical support to drive operational and financial decision-making. As an FP&A; Analyst, you will partner with Finance, Sales, and operational teams.

Your insights will help analyze business performance, identify trends, and present recommendations to support decision-making. This position offers a unique chance to impact financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting directly linked to daily operational activities. Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with teams for financial and analytical business support
- Analyze financial performance against budgets and historical data
- Prepare monthly reports, including variance and KPI analyses
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes annually and quarterly
- Develop interactive dashboards for performance visibility Requirements:
- 2+ years in FP&A; or financial analysis, preferably in manufacturing
- CPA designation or in progress is a plus
- Strong Excel skills; Power BI familiarity an asset
