We are seeking a motivated and skilled Framer/Boarder to join our fast paced, rapidly growing construction team.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute framing and boarding tasks
- Construct and install wall frameworks using various materials such as steel, drywall,Tbar.
- Operate power tools, hand tools, and lifts
- Assist in heavy lifting and material handling to ensure efficient workflow on-site
- Follow safety protocols rigorously to maintain a secure work environment
- Collaborate with carpenters, masons, electricians, and other trades to coordinate project phases effectively.
- Show up on-time everyday with a positive attitude.
Experience
- Proven construction experience with a focus on framing or boarding work
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical instructions accurately
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools.
- Knowledge of drywall installation and steel framing.
- Familiarity with Tbar is a plus but not mandatory
