Overview

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Finishing Framer specializing in siding and flooring installation to join our dynamic construction team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse residential and commercial projects, transforming blueprints into reality with precision and craftsmanship. As a key contributor, you will be responsible for framing structures, installing siding, and laying flooring materials with efficiency and attention to detail. .

Duties

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute framing, siding, and flooring plans.
- Install various types of siding materials including vinyl, wood, fiber cement, or metal siding to enhance building exteriors.
- Prepare surfaces for flooring installation by measuring, cutting, and leveling subfloors or existing surfaces.
- Lay hardwood, laminate, tile, or other flooring materials with precision to ensure durability and aesthetic appeal.




- Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools, disposing of debris properly, and adhering to safety protocols throughout all phases of construction.

Qualifications

- Experience in construction with a focus on framing, siding installation, kitchen installation and flooring.
- Knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Proficiency with hand tools such as hammers, saws, chisels, levels, as well as power tools like drills and nail guns
- Physical strength and stamina for heavy lifting and prolonged periods of standing or working at heights.
- Construction experience that demonstrates attention to detail and quality workmanship.

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 – 40.0 per week
