Role Description The Freelance Videographer role is a contract, on-site position based in Montreal and greater surrounding areas like Mont-Tremblant, QC. In this role, the videographer will plan and execute video shoots for a variety of qualified and business clients, including preparing equipment, organizing locations, and collaborating on creative concepts. Tasks include operating cameras, setting up lighting, capturing high-quality footage, and ensuring consistency with brand and project guidelines.





The videographer will work closely with content strategists and other creative team members to produce videos that support high-converting content campaigns.

Responsibilities may also include basic post-production support, such as reviewing footage and providing input on editing and visual style.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Video Production, including planning shoots and managing production workflows.
- Proficiency in Camera Operation and use of professional Camera equipment.
- Experience with Lighting setups and techniques for various environments.
- Demonstrated ability in Shooting Video across different formats and styles.
- Portfolio showcasing commercial, corporate, or branded video work.
- Ability to collaborate on-site with clients and team members in Montreal, QC.
- Knowledge of basic video editing and post-production processes is an asset.
- Reliable access to professional videography equipment; familiarity with industry-standard gear is preferred.
- Strong time management, attention to detail, and ability to meet project deadlines.
