Duties

- Develop customized lesson plans tailored to each student’s proficiency level and learning objectives in French
- Deliver engaging, interactive tutoring sessions that incorporate speaking, listening, reading, and writing activities
- Assess student progress regularly and adjust teaching strategies to ensure continuous improvement
- Foster a positive learning setting that encourages curiosity, participation, and cultural appreciation




- Maintain detailed records of lesson plans, student progress, and attendance to track development over time
- Communicate effectively with students and parents (when applicable) to discuss goals, challenges, and achievements

Requirements

- Fluency in French with excellent writing skills and strong command of pronunciation and grammar
- Proven tutoring or teaching experience, especially in language instruction or classroom environments
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and connect with diverse learners
- Reliable access to a computer with internet connection for virtual sessions if applicable

Pay: $18.02-$20.00 per hour Expected hours: 4.0 – 8.0 per week
