We are seeking an energetic and friendly Front Counter Cashier & Kitchen Staff to join our dynamic team! Our Kitchen staff will play an important role in preparing quality food, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, and helping ensure every customer receives their order accurately and on time.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly as they approach the counter, creating a positive first impression.
- Take accurate orders and process payments swiftly using Micros POS (Point of Sale) systems.
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and receipts with precision, ensuring proper cash handling procedures.
- Prepare simple food items or assist in food preparation when needed, maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation.
- Upsell menu items or promotions to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front counter area,



including food handling stations and POS terminals.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements

- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential!
- Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is a plus.
- Strong cash handling skills with basic math proficiency to accurately process transactions.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as serving or food preparation.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that fosters positive interactions.
