Ready to live the dream? Apply now and join our awesome team! About the Role The Front Desk Agents provide all guests with their first impressions of the resort. The Front Desk Agents assist guests with the checking in process as well as the checking out process. They welcome all guests and provide excellent service in meeting all guest requests and concerns.

What You’ll Do

- Welcomes guests to the hotel in a sincere, courteous, and professional manner.
- Review and processes room and rate changes each day.




- Ensures complete information is written on the registration card and that the guest initials registration card to acknowledge room rate.
- Able to confidently use the Maestro, Front Office Property Management system.
- Review Traces on Maestro and follow up.
- Provides checkout service to departing guests, ensures that all accounts and payments are correct. Posts all late charges.
- Check all arrivals, departures, and in-house group resumes.
- Completes shift update and cash-out procedures, balances cash and credit card receipts and deposits at the end of each shift.
- Completes any other job-related duties that may be assigned from time to time.

What You Need to Have

- Minimum 1-year front desk experience in a busy 3-star hotel/resort environment
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Solid cash handling skills
- Outstanding organizational and prioritization skills
- Work well under pressure
- Proven ability to give accurate instructions and information to guests and other associates
- Computer literacy is an asset, specifically working with databases, Microsoft Office, etc.
- Excellent communication skills with guests, associates, sand other departments
- Up-selling of rooms and packages
- Being multi lingual is an asset
- Flexible to a changing schedule
