Two positions available | 12–20 hours per week | Starting at $18.50/hour

Dona Lucia is looking for friendly, organized, and professional Receptionists to welcome clients and support the day-to-day operations of our Vancouver esthetics salon.

As the first point of contact, you’ll help create a warm, relaxing experience for our clients. These roles are best suited to candidates who are available mostly on weekends and for afternoon or evening shifts. There may also be opportunities to pick up additional shifts to cover sick leave and vacation.

What you’ll do

- Greet clients and maintain a welcoming, professional reception area
- Answer phone calls and emails, and manage online bookings
- Schedule, confirm, and update appointments using salon software
- Check clients in and out, process payments, and provide receipts
- Answer client questions and respond to concerns professionally
- Promote salon services, packages, and retail products
- Assist estheticians and management with administrative tasks
- Keep the reception and retail areas tidy and monitor supplies
- Clean the salon,



including floors and bathrooms

What we’re looking for
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous reception or customer-service experience; salon, spa, or wellness experience is an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, professional manner and a polished appearance
- Basic computer skills and comfort using booking software
- Robust organization and multitasking skills
- Availability mostly on weekends and for afternoon/evening shifts

Compensation and hours
- Part-time: approximately 12–20 hours per week
- Starting wage: $18.50 per hour, with the possibility of a higher starting wage based on experience
- Additional shifts may be available to cover sick leave and vacation
