We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our growing wellness team at our upcoming new location on Guelph Line in Burlington, at One Health Wellness and I.V. Lounge.

The Front Desk Receptionist will be the first point of contact for our clients and will play an important role in creating a welcoming, professional, and positive experience. The ideal candidate is personable, reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a busy healthcare and wellness environment.

Experience working with Jane App and familiarity with multidisciplinary healthcare or wellness clinics will be considered a strong asset.

Duties & Responsibilities

- Greet clients warmly and professionally upon arrival
- Answer phone calls, emails, and general inquiries in a timely manner
- Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and cancel client appointments using Jane App
- Manage the clinic calendar and coordinate appointments efficiently
- Create and update client profiles and maintain accurate client information in Jane App
- Process payments and provide receipts when required
- Assist clients with questions regarding services, appointments, pricing, and clinic policies
- Coordinate communication between clients, practitioners, and other healthcare professionals
- Monitor appointment flow and help minimize client wait times
- Handle administrative tasks including data entry, filing, forms, and documentation
- Maintain client confidentiality and follow applicable privacy and clinic policies
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
- Support the clinic team with daily administrative and operational tasks
- Assist with promoting a positive client experience from check-in to check-out

Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience in front desk,



reception, customer service, healthcare, wellness, or a medical clinic
- Strong computer and administrative skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, professional, and welcoming personality
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy clinic environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle confidential client information professionally
- Comfortable processing payments and handling client inquiries
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Industry Experience – Asset Experience working in any of the following environments is considered a strong asset:

- Physiotherapy
- Chiropractic
- Registered Massage Therapy (RMT)
- Cosmetic injectables / aesthetics
- IV therapy / IV infusions
- Multidisciplinary wellness or medical clinics

Knowledge of common healthcare and wellness services, treatment terminology, appointment workflows, and client expectations will be an advantage. Why Join Us?
