Other responsibilities include placing orders, helping clients over the phone and sometimes assisting stylists with some small tasks.

We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a friendly and organized individual with excellent customer service skills. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and handling administrative tasks.



The successful candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Answer incoming calls and route them to the appropriate person or department.
- Maintain a neat and organized reception area.
- Keep records of visitors, including contact information and purpose of visit.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for staff members.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed.

Hours: We are looking for someone who can work Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Saturdays.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.95-$18.95 per hour
