Who You Are:

You are a hospitality-driven professional who moves with purpose and loves creating positive, shareable moments. You’re warm, efficient and know how to read a room - making every guest feel like a regular from the moment they walk through the door.

We’ll provide the full Gibbons training plan to get you floor-ready.

What You’ll Do

- Deliver vibrant, guest-first service to create unforgettable, shareable experiences for every customer.
- Greet guests warmly, manage table flow, seat parties, and set the tone for an inviting pub atmosphere.
- Present menus, guide food and beverage choices, accurately take orders, and deliver meals promptly.
- Craft classic cocktails, pour solid beers, maintain a clean bar area, and connect with patrons (Bartender).
- Collaborate with floor and kitchen staff to ensure smooth,



efficient, and seamless service.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked floor or bar setup throughout your shift.
- Handle guest questions, feedback, and special requests with warmth and grace.
- Strictly follow all local liquor laws, health codes, and safety procedures.

What You Bring:

- Valid Serving It Right certificate.
- Team-oriented and guest focused mindset.
- Previous hospitality experience is an asset, but not required for all roles.
- Strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with diverse groups of people.
- Ability to work efficiently, stay calm under pressure, and multitask in a high-volume pub environment.
- High degree of reliability, punctuality, and professional presence.
- Physical capability to stand, walk, bend, and carry trays or equipment for extended shifts.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
