About the Role

We’re looking for a driven, people-focused Talent Specialist to own full-cycle recruiting across our brand-new Burnaby location. This role will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring talent for direct sales teams, office administration, and operational roles. Key Responsibilities

- Manage full-cycle recruitment from intake to offer for:
- Direct sales & field sales roles
- Office administration & support roles
- Operations and leadership positions as needed
- Proactively source candidates using:
- Job boards (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Social recruiting & outbound outreach
- Referrals and talent pipelines
- Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews
- Partner with leadership to understand hiring needs, timelines, and success profiles
- Coordinate interviews, offers, onboarding, and background checks
- Maintain accurate records in software and internal tracking systems
- Continuously improve recruiting processes, job ads, and candidate experience
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruiting events when applicable

What We’re Looking For

- Recruiting experience is necessary, at least 2 years in a similar Full-Cycle Recruitment role.




- Experience recruiting high-volume roles is an asset (direct sales experience in particular)
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
- Confident communicator who can build rapport quickly
- Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple open roles
- Comfortable working in a performance-driven, growth-focused environment
- Familiarity with Vancouver employment standards is an asset

Nice to Have

- Experience recruiting for door-to-door, commission-based, or field sales teams
- Experience with ATS platforms and hiring analytics
- Background in HR, People Ops, or Talent Strategy
