Position Title: Full Time Bellman - Lakeview Signature Trademark by Wyndham

(Monday-Friday 5:00am-1:00pm)

Accountable To: Bell Captain & Guest Service Manager

Primary Objective:

To effectively provide friendly, efficient and immediate bell service to include shuttle transportation, luggage handling as well as rooming assistance to all arriving and departing guests.

Job Summary:

Ensure all luggage is delivered and collected accurately, efficiently and on time. Maintain proper records of luggage, parcels or letters kept at concierge for guests. Provide information as requested by guests or patrons. Provide transportation to and from terminal in a timely and protected manner. Understand that the position requires concierge conversation and ability to provide a warm welcoming environment.

Duties

- Responsible for all bell service activities such as luggage service upon guests' check-in and check-out, luggage storage, message service, and information service and other related tasks
- extend assistance to guests and patrons alike
- supervise,



check and record storage of guest luggage in the baggage storeroom on a daily basis and ensure that it is within Luggage Storage guidelines
- Ensure guests messages, faxes are passed to guests or delivereed to guestroom immediately and accurately
- responsible for obtaining updated town information regarding places of interest in Winnipeg and other similar spots intended for tourists
- Perform other duties that may be assigned by the Guest Service Manager or General Manager
- Perform day to day cleaning of public areas/ashtrays/garbage/recycling
- Clean driver's license with abstract history must be provided
- ability to operate Squirrel point of sale terminal (training to be provided) & prepare/serve overnight limited menu (individual pizza)
