Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service throughout their shopping journey
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling, credit card transactions, and receipts
- Assist customers with product demos, explaining features and benefits clearly to enhance their purchasing decisions
- Upsell complementary products and services to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining a positive attitude
- Manage merchandising displays to ensure products are well-organized, stocked, and visually appealing
- Handle phone inquiries professionally,



providing information about products or store policies with excellent phone etiquette
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the checkout area, ensuring efficient time management during busy periods

Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales or cashiering roles with strong cash handling skills
- Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
- Demonstrated technical sales experience, including product demos and explaining technical features to customers
- Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing cash registers
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
