Lead cultural revitalization as a Culture Manager with Matheson-Apitipi Children and Family Services in Apitipi Anicinapek Nation. This full-time role involves strategic leadership in cultural programming while engaging with community members and Elders. As the Culture Manager, you will spearhead initiatives that preserve and promote Apitipi Anicinapek traditions, languages, and wellness activities.

This position requires developing partnerships, mentoring staff, and ensuring cultural content aligns with community values. Collaborate with generations, share knowledge, and strengthen cultural identity through cutting-edge programming. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide strategic oversight for cultural programs and initiatives
- Develop and evaluate annual work plans and goals




- Promote intergenerational learning through cultural activities
- Supervise and mentor Culture Department staff
- Engage with community and Elders for program development Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Indigenous Studies, or related field
- Minimum five years working with Indigenous communities
- Experience in cultural program coordination
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Valid Ontario Driver’s License Drive cultural identity and community engagement with Matheson-Apitipi Children and Family Services as the Culture Manager.
