Position Overview

With opportunities in building operations, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing building performance through preventative maintenance, system monitoring, and operational support. These roles are essential to ensuring tenant comfort, building reliability, regulatory compliance, and long-term asset preservation.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC, mechanical, and building systems

- Monitor building operations and troubleshoot equipment issues

- Conduct regular inspections of property systems and common areas

- Respond to tenant service requests and operational concerns

- Coordinate external contractors and service providers

- Maintain maintenance logs and compliance documentation





- Support building automation systems and energy management programs

- Ensure life safety systems are operating effectively

- Assist with capital projects and equipment replacements

- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and building performance

Desired Candidates

- Candidates with experience in building operations, maintenance, or facilities management

- Experience working within commercial, industrial, office, retail, or residential properties

- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and building systems

- Experience with preventative maintenance programs and work order systems

- MMF certification considered a strong asset

- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities

- Solid customer service and communication skills

- Bilingual (French & English) considered an asset
