Duties
- Welcome guests warmly and provide clear instructions for their escape room experience
- Facilitate the game by explaining rules, monitoring progress, and offering hints when needed
- Maintain a lively and energetic environment to enhance guest enjoyment
- Ensure safety protocols are followed throughout the experience
- Manage guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly with a positive attitude
- Handle cash transactions accurately for bookings or merchandise sales
- Assist with cleaning and resetting escape rooms between groups to ensure readiness for the next team
Skills
- Strong public speaking skills to confidently communicate instructions and hints

- Previous experience in guest services or hospitality roles is preferred
