About the Role

We are looking for an energetic, friendly, and tech-savvy Game Master to join our team on weekends!

As a Game Master, you’ll be responsible for creating an amazing experience for our guests — from welcoming customers and setting up VR headsets to running games, helping players, and making sure everything runs smoothly.

? Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers with a friendly and positive attitude
- Provide excellent customer service and create a fun experience for guests
- Explain VR games and instructions clearly to customers
- Set up and prepare VR headsets and equipment
- Start, monitor, and manage VR games
- Make sure games run smoothly from start to finish
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues during gameplay
- Assist customers if they experience problems with the equipment or game
- Reset and prepare equipment for the next group
- Keep the gaming area clean, organized, and ready for customers
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone calls, messages, social media, and our website
- Assist customers with bookings and provide accurate information about our experiences and packages

? Content Creation & Social Media During quieter periods, you may also help us create content for our social media!
- Create short-form videos/Reels for Instagram and TikTok
- Record fun VR moments and promotional content
- Basic video editing using CapCut
- Help brainstorm creative content ideas
- Understand and use social media platforms effectively
- Stay aware of current social media trends
- Help showcase our VR experiences online





Basic CapCut knowledge is preferred. You don't need to be a professional content creator — we're looking for someone creative who enjoys social media and is willing to learn. ⭐ What We're Looking For

- Good understanding of social media
- Basic knowledge of CapCut or other video editing apps
- Interested in gaming, VR, technology, or entertainment
