Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist with fueling, merchandise, and service needs in a lively, energetic manner
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling, credit card transactions, and receipts
- Conduct product demos and upsell items such as snacks, beverages, or automotive accessories to enhance customer satisfaction and sales
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, fuel area, and merchandise displays through effective merchandising practices
- Manage phone inquiries professionally using excellent phone etiquette and provide information about products or services
- Perform basic math calculations for transactions and ensure accurate cash handling at all times
- Support inventory management by restocking shelves, organizing products, and assisting with merchandising efforts




- Uphold safety standards by monitoring the fueling area, preventing theft, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols

Skills

- Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse customer bases
- Previous retail sales or customer service experience with a focus on technical sales or product demonstrations
- Strong communication skills to engage customers confidently and clearly explain products or services
- Proficiency in using POS systems and cash registers for cashiering tasks
- Excellent organizational skills to manage time efficiently during busy shifts
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining high levels of customer service
- Knowledge of merchandising techniques to promote products attractively
- Experience with upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
- Good phone etiquette for handling inquiries professionally
